Founded in October 2003, it is a high-teach company which researches, develops and produces high-purity boron and high-purity hexagonal boron nitride serial products in China. It occupies a total area of 6, 000 square meters. It owns advanced equipment in R &D, production and test. It has a fixed asset of RMB 10 million. Main products include five kinds of high-purity Crystalline Boron[2NB(99%), 3NB(99.9%), 4NB(99.99%), 5NB(99.999%), 6NB(99.9999%)], two kinds of high-purity Amorphous Boron Nitride [5NB(99.9%), 6 NB (99.99%)]and Hexagonal Boron Nitride( more than 99%).
